Wikipedia VS Citizendium, who wins ?

So many things have been writing about Wikipedia and one of them is its inaccuracies and lack of controls. If Larry Sanger want to set up a parallel encyclopedia it is welcomed development, moreover if Citizendium is coming as an alternative to wikipedia simply because

Then an encyclopedia that will serve only the public figures, but not for the general benefits of the wider Internet audience will be subjected to more abuse and manipulations than the same Wikipedia he is trying to rival.
