I always wonder why some people at the helm of affairs will never in minute pay attention to the consequences of their statement and actions. David Blunkett, said he want riotous prisoners to be gunned down but why?.

Prisoners are not animals and prisons are the avenue for correction and sober reflection. Blunkett should learn some lessons from Col. Ubiratan Guimaraes.
